FAQ

A full set takes 1.5 – 2.5 hours depending on the style. Signature sets like Manga or Viper Luxe may take longer due to the precision involved. Plan ahead and arrive relaxed.

With proper aftercare, extensions last 3 – 5 weeks. Natural lashes shed in cycles so your extensions shed with them. We recommend a refill every 2 weeks to keep them looking full.

Not at all — most clients fall asleep! Your eyes stay closed throughout. There may be a very mild sensitivity to adhesive fumes for some people, but no pain is involved.

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream. Avoid curling your lashes beforehand. If you wear contacts, bring your glasses as you'll need to remove them.

It's best to skip mascara — your extensions already give you that bold look. If you must, use only water-based mascara on the tips. Waterproof mascara breaks down the adhesive bond.

Classic is one extension per natural lash — natural and defined. Hybrid blends classic and volume for a textured, lush look. Volume uses a fan of ultra-fine lashes per natural lash for maximum fullness and drama.
