Aftercare Tips

Follow these to keep your set full for longer.

Avoid water for 24–48hrs

Keep lashes dry after your appointment so the adhesive fully cures.

No steam or saunas

High heat and steam loosen the bond and shorten lash retention.

Don't rub your eyes

Rubbing or pulling causes damage and premature shedding.

Brush daily

Use a clean spoolie each morning to keep lashes fluffy and aligned.

Avoid oil-based products

Oils break down the adhesive — check cleansers and makeup removers.

Sleep on your back

Side sleeping flattens and bends lashes. A silk pillowcase helps too.

FAQ

A full set takes 1.5 – 2.5 hours depending on the style. Signature sets like the Manga/Anime Set may take longer due to the precision involved. Plan ahead and arrive relaxed.

With proper aftercare, extensions last 3 – 5 weeks. Natural lashes shed in cycles so your extensions shed with them. We recommend a refill every 2 weeks to keep them looking full.

Not at all — most clients fall asleep! Your eyes stay closed throughout. There may be a very mild sensitivity to adhesive fumes for some people, but no pain is involved.

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream. Avoid curling your lashes beforehand. If you wear contacts, bring your glasses as you'll need to remove them.

It's best to skip mascara — your extensions already give you that bold look. If you must, use only water-based mascara on the tips. Waterproof mascara breaks down the adhesive bond.

Classic is one extension per natural lash — natural and defined. Hybrid blends classic and volume for a textured, lush look. Volume uses a fan of ultra-fine lashes per natural lash for maximum fullness and drama.
